Similarly, students must give to the school, a confirmation letter in which he/she will clearly state that all the information provided by him/her to the school is valid to the extent of his knowledge and can be verified at any time. Furthermore, he /she will be asked to state and assume his/her own responsibility for any unforeseen risk and liability that may occur, in the course of Our Yoga School's activities and events being carried out at the campus or anywhere around the globe. Process of Accumulating Information
Information can be collected both ways, actively or/and passively.
Active means of accumulating information :
To accumulate this type of data, school uses feedback forms that are required at the time of registeration. Being a part of the enrollment process, some of the personal information asked from the student in the form will be his/her : Name Contact number Email address, etc.
To make the feedback form user-friendly, certain important sections to be filled-in by the user will be accordingly marked by an asterisk on the right side. The unmarked ones can be left unfilled, if so desired by the user.
Passive means of accumulating information :
As the user enters and surfs through the website, the website will accumulate certain navigational data by using IP (Internet Protocol) Address. The non-personal information so collected using navigational data will help the school in ascertaining the best route to connect, collection of gross data, diagnosing of server-related problems and the website.

Data so collected, is used for further improvements needed in the website. Also, Google Analytics records the IP Address assigned to the user's PC, for that time period in which user accessed the website. School does not merge the user's personal data with the data collected through Google Analytics, to not to disclose the identity of the user.
