These include the consumption of meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and any form of nudity. Such practices are counterproductive to the path of yoga. Participants who fail to adhere to these guidelines may be dismissed from the course to maintain the sanctity of the learning environment.
