Terms & Condition of Payment & Refund Policy

Welcome to Gurukul Yogashala! To ensure a smooth enrollment process, we require all students to pay their course fees in full before the start of classes. We accept bank transfers, debit and credit cards, to make it easy for you to complete the payment process.

At Gurukul Yogashala, when you book a Yoga Teacher Training Course or retreat program, you are required to pay an initial deposit of 110 USD for our 200/300 hour Yoga TTC and 200 USD for our 500 hour Yoga TTC. The remaining balance of the course fees can be paid upon your arrival at our ashram.

If you choose to make a payment using a Credit or Debit Card, please note that there will be an additional 5% service fee applied. Alternatively, you can opt to bring money in your own name through Western Union Money Transfer before you embark on your travel.

The initial deposit implies your acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed here.

The deposit is valid for one year from the date of receipt.

If you postpone your booking to a later date, the fees and terms in force on that date will apply.

All payments, including deposits and balance payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under special circumstances.

If you cancel or are unable to attend the program, the administration may offer a partial refund under special circumstances.

Any refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation or forfeiture.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.

We understand that special circumstances can arise, such as medical issues. If this occurs, training fees may be refunded after deducting the proportionate amount of fees for the days attended. However, any student who is expelled for non-compliance with school norms will not be eligible for a refund.
